Pastor Jim Tuell
Pastor Jim Tuell was ordained into the pastoral ministry and installed as the pastor at Immanuel on October 6, 2019. He studied and trained through the Specific Ministry Pastor program of Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Prior to his ordination, Jim served Immanuel as their Vicar from April 2017 through September 2019.
Jim is married and has two daughters.
Prior to joining Immanuel in Englewood in January 2017, the Tuell family were members of Holy Cross Lutheran in Highlands Ranch since its founding in 1994. Jim also served on the LCMS Rocky Mountain District Board of Directors for nine years ending June 2018 representing the metropolitan Denver area, and served as the Chairman of the Board for the last six years of his term.
